The Beginning.
Preparations
I will then pre-fill bags and label them so that I know when to take and what order etc.
Immediate known changes from original experiment are that I will be taking a magnesium supplement every other day as well as taking a body quick supplement daily rather than on just days that I work out.
I will be supplementing between meals with whey protein shakes as opposed to the casein which I will be taking post workout.
I’ve purchased a scale as well as a measuring tape and I will be keeping daily track.
I will be creating a playlist of songs to keep me inspired during this time.
I intend to work out 1 day on 2 days off varying between 2-3 full body workouts intensely for no more than 30 minutes-1 hour per workout. I will allow 5-10 minutes of stretch and warmup before the official start. At the conclusion of the workout I will watch DBZ episode save the world. I will be meditating daily (Using the Headspace application).

Pullups Dips/Curls (Curl in squatting position and push up into a shoulder press)
Bent Over Rows
Super Jumps (Deep squats into a hard jump putting knees to hands)
