The Day After the First Workout
I have to remember that despite measuring every day I shouldn’t pay attention to minute changes and that whichever muscles feel sore are likely to be slightly more swollen then the previous measurement. So far no real variation then, and weight is more dependent on fluids. Changing my diet to heavy protein and supplementation will take more time as my stomach shows the bloating when I relax.
Being self-critical I think I need to add more weight to the legs to compensate for the lower reps (this goes for everything generally but despite the experiment I feel my lower body needs to suffer more).
As a side note. Really enjoying Headspace App. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to learn about mindfulness, gaining back some focus, and achieving more clarity of thought.
